We only ship to the continental United States. We DO NOT SHIP to any other country. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however, these orders are exempt from free shipping promotions and arrangements must be made before the order is placed.
We do not ship standard capacity magazines to states that have violated your constitutional rights with restrictions. However, if you want laser-engraved magazine bodies, we will ship them with no floor plate, spring or follower installed for the same price. While we do sell those same items separately for rebuilding magazines you already own (MagPul Magazine Rebuild Kit) we will not allow them to be sold in the same order as a magazine body. We are not dumb, we know you are just buying the bodies and then the magazine rebuild kits to install in them. We implore you to follow the rules and regulations of the communist state in which you choose to reside.
Any item returned for no reason other than “it’s not what I was looking for” or “I changed my mind” may be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well as any “free shipping” fees incurred in the original purchase. Personalized items are non-returnable except for mistakes or craftsmanship issues.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the shipment date of the order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For consumable items, there must be a portion of the product that exhibits the characteristics and/or reason for the return. (IE if you’re claiming that a product was not properly freeze-dried, we will need to see enough of the product to confirm that statement.)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Hats or other clothing worn next to the skin, once worn, are also unreturnable.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Personalized items that have been etched or engraved (Unless an error on our part such as a misspelling)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if it was not purchased through this website. Items purchased in person or over other internet options (IE Etsy, Ebay or Amazon) will require the original receipt of the transaction. Believe it or not, over 1/2 of return attempts are of products we never actually sold. Some are sold by scammers pretending to be us, others are simply people who are mistaken as to where they purchased it from.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Food items with no sign of defect or with insufficient quantity to determine such defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at okaaaplus@gmail.com and you will be contacted with the address to return the product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact us at okaaaplus@gmail.com to make arrangements and obtain an address to return ship the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also, if your order was qualified for “free shipping” the actual amount that was paid for the initial shipment will be deducted from the refund. While the order qualified for “free shipping” the company simply paid these fees without passing them along to the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All shipping will be sent USPS priority mail unless other arrangements are made before the order is placed. If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Only orders with a dollar value above $40 US will include tracking.
